The Division Director of Client and Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the agency's client services and practice model, as well as its youth leadership model. The role is responsible for implementing and guiding the strategic plan initiatives for mental health, harm reduction, case management practice. The Division Director of Client and Clinical Services will work closely with Division Directors, with primary responsibility for the codification and implementation of client care standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure client care standards are codified, understood, and implemented agency-wide, with primary responsibility for wellness and case management practices.
Lead staff teams through the successful implementation of strategic priorities, ensuring services and decision-making are aligned with the strategic plan.
Work with Program Director team to oversee the evaluation, development, and implementation of programs; ensure effective coordinated service delivery; grant and contract compliance; and fiscal responsibility.
Develop and sustain partnerships including agency’s participation in the Transitional Age Youth System of Care (TAY SOC).
Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and interns.
Manage Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) SAMSHA grant and facilitate MHFA training.
Develop and monitor performance standards in collaboration with the Division Director team to inform and lead continuous quality improvement.
Actively participate in agency-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
Ensure that youth are involved in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Oversee and participate in On Call Consultant schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least five years of management and supervisory experience
Valid California LCSW or LMFT required.
