Responsibilities
Manage multiple short-duration projects through entire life cycle
Manage changes to project scope and ensure that they are properly documented and approved
Work with various cross-functional groups to ensure project objectives are achieved within established timeframes and work to resolve issues immediately.
Participate in recurring meetings, maintain notes, provide status updates, update team members as needed and remain current on project status and expectations.
Identify risks which could jeopardize project completion on assigned projects
Manage development tickets from backlog all the way to release
Define and understand dependencies and work to resolve roadblocks with teams
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all managed projects
Acquire and maintain expertise in the full suite of Cybergrants products, modules and features
Maintain accurate project records in our internal project management tool daily
Lead difficult conversations with customers regarding project budgets, timelines and priorities
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or equivalent experience in a technology and customer facing environment
Highly self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of project management processes
Self-starter, highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently, and within a team environment with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to manager work schedule to meet demands during high volume periods
Preferred: experience working with SQL, Confluence, Jira, Certinia
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $56,000 - $70,000
Please note that the compensation range specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
