Blast Off with Social Space ABA: Join the BCBA Revolution in ABA Therapy!

Location: Jonesboro and Paragould, Arkansas

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to launch your career into a new dimension? Social Space ABA invites you to join our stellar team and explore a refreshing, dynamic, and family-centered clinical environment. Our mission is to create maximal change not just for children but for entire families and communities.

Why Social Space ABA?

1. Comprehensive Family Support:

  • Our therapy model is out of this world, combining focused ABA treatment with licensed professional counseling for families. We empower and support families to make a universal impact in both the child’s and family’s lives.

2. Engaging Day Programs:

  • Our day programs for younger children are designed to be a blast, promoting learning and social engagement. Tested and refined across five clinics over nearly a decade, our program mirrors a preschool or kindergarten environment, ensuring each day is structured, engaging, and educational.

3. Supportive Work Environment:

  • Founded by a BCBA, a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor, and a senior business operations expert, Social Space is built to allow BCBAs to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional care without the administrative black holes. Our founders are local Arkansans who understand the unique needs of our rural communities.

4. Professional Growth and Well-being:

  • We believe ABA should benefit everyone, not just children diagnosed with autism. At Social Space, ABA principles permeate our entire clinical system. We invest in our team through leadership development programs, self-growth-oriented bonus pay, and quality mental health support. Our goal is to prevent burnout and ensure our BCBAs and Technicians thrive both professionally and personally.

5. A Fun and Positive Culture:

  • If therapy isn’t fun, something is wrong. At Social Space, we prioritize creating an enjoyable and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff. We use ABA positive reinforcement, fostering a workplace where happiness and productivity orbit in harmony.

6. Intentional Work/Life Balance:

  • Our clinics are open 8am-4pm to guarantee time for you to invest in other hobbies and values that are important to you outside of work.
  • Our caseload sizes can be matched to your needs, however most of our BCBA caseloads are designed to be at 25 hours of protocol modification per week. This allows for a focus on quality and communication, rather than a focus on large caseloads for BCBAs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary & Benefits
  • Leadership Development Programs
  • Self-Growth Bonus Pay
  • Quality Mental Health Support
  • A Supportive and Engaging Work Environment

This creates a positively reinforced environment of growth where you can thrive and be the best clinician possible. You will never be alone in your job as a BCBA through senior experienced BCBAs mentoring you, peer to peer case reviews, and company leisure opportunities.
  • You have the opportunity to be at Social Space ABA during our early stages of development which allows you the first opportunities to grow into leadership positions as the company grows.

  • Our leadership team helps you identify and set goals, and we work tirelessly to prepare you to meet your career goals. Our staff member’s goals are just as important to Social Space leaders as it is in our client’s reaching their goals. In fact, meeting behavior specific goals for your career are reinforced further through bonuses related to your self selected goals for yourself.
  • Social Space BCBA’s have a significantly lower caseload hour size to ensure that each BCBA has time to provide intentional parent training. Not experienced in parent training? No worries. We have training materials and systems already created for you to make it easy and attainable for any family and any experience level.
  • Have a city/area that you would like to bring ABA into? We will work with you and that community to help establish systems and support so high quality ABA can be achieved...no matter the location. We are local Arkansas residents and we seek to empower clinicians in their local environments. Only local BCBAs understand their communities best, and we are built to help you as a BCBA bring ABA to your desired region.
  • Social Space BCBA’s not only serve a caseload, but work to train typical classroom teachers and student’s so that Arkansas’ approach to education is flooded with ABA evidence based positive learning experiences.
  • Social Space BCBA’s coordinate closely with other therapists: Occupational, Physical, Speech, etc. to ensure consistent progress over the child’s day.
