Position: Job Coach (IP)

Description: To train and/or supervise clients placed individually or in groups in Supported Employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Learn the specific job tasks the clients will be required to perform
* Perform some job tasks during the time clients are in the initial learning phase.
* Set-up natural supports at the workplace
* Track and document billable hours
* Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures
* Participate in clients’ planning team to develop goals, objectives and natural supports
* Mandated Abuse Reporter

** NEW HIRE BONUS - $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).

Salary: $16-$18.00/hour
