We are currently seeking a Residential Support Specialist 2 working with 5-6 adults in a residential home setting. RSS – Residential Care staff is responsible for teaching and assisting adults with intellectual challenges in all aspects of their daily living to foster independence.

Duties include:

• Skills training both in the home and in a community setting
• Attending to personal care needs such as grooming, showering, monitoring and distribution of medications
• Assistance with food preparation and maintenance of the facility.
• The Residential Support Specialist Residential Care staff will complete paperwork to include data collection and progress notes.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday

Requirements: Must pass a criminal background clearance and job related physical. Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
