Socialime is a leading marketing and brand agency specializing in organic content strategies and branding through social media short-form video and user-generated content (UGC). We empower brands to create authentic connections with their audiences, driving engagement and growth through innovative social media campaigns.
Note: This role is a contract 1099 role and purely on commission basis and does NOT come with a base pay.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for the full cycle sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. This is a remote role, and candidates must be based in the United States. Full time and Part time roles available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' branding and social media marketing needs.
- Present and demonstrate our agency's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or social media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, organic content strategies, and UGC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with the full cycle sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Must have access to and be proficient with their own dialer.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
