I'm a serial entrepreneur looking for someone who is highly organized, motivated by results, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations, creating marketing materials, project research and supporting client projects. Responsibilities

  • Creating visually appealing and engaging social media content, including graphics, reel covers, and capcut videos, using an established brand kit, Canva templates, and guidance from a brand guide.
  • Understand and be able to work across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Monitor social media channels for organic engagement.
  • Maintain timely completion of tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Maintain social calendars and project timelines.
  • Oversee generation of newsletter and blog leads
  • Conduct research for workshops and projects.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
  • Attend the occasional in-person client events.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Calendar or similar scheduling software
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including data entry proficiency
  • Any content-creating skills are a plus, including but not limited to photography, graphic design, influencer marketing, influencer experience, and UGC experience.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 2 years of digital marketing or social media marketing experience

  • Tasks may vary based on the needs of my different business ventures but will still fall under the umbrella of the position's responsibilities.
