Job Description:We are looking for skilled and passionate Pizzaiolos/Pizzaiolas to join our team at Society Hill Hotel. As a Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Neoploitan pizza from a brick oven, a strong understanding of dough preparation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional pizzas to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to our recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain pizza oven, ensuring optimal temperature and cooking times.
• Stretch and shape dough by hand to create uniform pizza bases.
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings in appropriate quantities and arrangements.
• Monitor pizzas during cooking to achieve desired texture, flavor, and appearance.
• Ensure all pizzas meet quality and presentation standards before serving.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola or pizza chef is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and cooking techniques.
• Experience working with Brick pizza ovens.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
