Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our faculty!
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical inNew Brunswick is seeking a full time board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in our Observation Unit/Rapid Decision Unit (RDU).
The Department of Emergency Medicine has a well-established 3-year residency program and an Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship.Our faculty participate in all aspects of medical student and resident education.The Emergency Department at Robert Wood Johnson University hospital has an annual volume of 73,000.
This is a great opportunity for an eager physician to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers and scribes, with a goal of delivering high-level care at an academic institution.
Responsibilities will include delivery of clinical services only in the observation unit, in addition to teaching and supervising physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical students and Emergency Medicine residents.
Candidate Requirements:
•Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of New Jersey
•American Board of Emergency Medicine Eligible/Certified
•Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong clinical background
