As a Stockroom Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for various tasks that help ensure our warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Your primary duties will include:

• Receiving & Processing: Welcome customers warmly at the donation door. Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and accurately process items into inventory.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in regular inventory counts.
• Sorting and Tagging: Properly sort items into their respective categories and sizes, and accurately tag them with the correct prices.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the Stockroom/ Donation Area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately handle all aspects of stockroom operations.
• Operate stockroom equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stockroom/ warehouse experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. This is a very physical demanding position.
• We gratefully accept donations in all types of weather, rain, snow, cold and heat. Must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
