SoCo Roofing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, overseeing, and developing a high-performing sales team to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team Activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining high standards of discipline and integrity.
- Establish Sales Territories, Quotas, and Goals: Develop clear sales territories and set ambitious yet achievable quotas and goals, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Analyze Sales Statistics: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and business outcomes.
- Track Results and Trends: Regularly monitor sales metrics for accurate business forecasting and strategy adjustment.
- Report on Performance: Provide comprehensive reports on team and individual performance, highlighting successes and areas for development.

Qualifications:
