Reading / reviewing proposals / contracts for select terms and managing standard templates for use in review.
Preparing, organizing, storing, and retrieving contract files
Tracking contract status in our document review and storage of executed contracts computer system
Preparing summaries of contracts for execution
Drafting, reviewing, commenting, and obtaining signature of legal documents, including NDAs, service purchase orders, RFP response forms, and other documents as defined by General Counsel
Maintaining charts and matrixes for insurance, professional entity registrations, litigation, and other matters relevant to the business.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
