Manager on Duty (MOD)

Job Description:

City-Sofive is a rapidly growing business developing soccer centers – modern sports complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Overview, plan, monitor, all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling City-Sofive center to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems promptly and professionally.
• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
• Weekly food and beverage inventory

Requirements:

• Must be Over 21 years of age
• Currently pursuing a degree in Sports management, business administration, and customer service.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of basic computer software.
• Organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
