We are seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our Individual Labor and Employment Department. The chosen candidate will manage various individual employment cases, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. The Associate Attorney will work alongside senior attorneys and support staff to develop strategies and secure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling a diverse caseload of individual employment matters from start to finish.

- Create high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

- Perform legal research and draft documents to support case strategies.

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.

- Work with senior attorneys and team members to develop and implement effective case strategies.

- Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.

- Excellent legal writing and research skills.

- Strong organizational abilities.

- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client service and advocacy.

- Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
