We are seeking a Project Manager with estimating experience for a very exciting multi-year project in middle Georgia. The Project Manager plays a vital role in the lifecycle of a project ensuring it is completed on schedule, on budget and the client is pleased with the final product. The Project Manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle

• o:Oversees project organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of project
• s.Leads and/or participates in initial and ongoing project planning meetings develops the project’s scope of work and specifications, and prepares the project budget, timeline, and construction schedul
• e.Establishes client deadlines as determined by the scope of work and ensures client satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy, and communicatio
• n.Prepares and distributes bid packages, reviews, and evaluates bids and proposals from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, and develops, negotiates, and approves contracts for selected contractors, subcontractors, and other service providers needed to complete the project wor
• k.Reviews and recommends change orders or amendments to the specifications, blueprints, and plans when appropriate, and ensures related documents and budgets are amended as needed to reflect changes to the project specification
• s.Oversees compliance with the Company’s safety standards applicable codes and other legal and regulatory requirements by staying informed about relevant codes ordinances and permit requirements, and by preparing and/or submitting required documentation and other information to appropriate agencie
• s.Communicate with senior management to provide updates on the status of projects, address concerns, and plan specific actions as needed to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of the project
