Softpath System is Hiring an Admin - US - Customer Service Rep 1 Customer Service Rep 1 Near Denver, CO

Job Description: Summary: Admin Support for many offices, helping in the Service Coordinator role. Answering customer phone calls and emails for service requests, inquiries, help handle and resolve complaints.
Daily task and Major job duties/Responsibilities include:
Call taker
Taking New service request
Entering info into system
Getting info to scheduler to schedule service
Might be scheduling services when team members are OOO.
Monitor service Inbox/Email for incoming requests.
Customer phone calls
Help pull daily/weekly reports- help keeping systems up to date
Data entry
Electronical filing
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED
Customer service related experience required. PREFERRED
Clerical/office/ Admin experience PREFERRED
Volume- When weather gets hot there is higher call volume so, this can be a fast paced role. Super cold weather also brings higher volume.
Customer service background- This resource Needs to be able to handle escalation situations. Keep a level head, communicate clearly, seek to understand frustrations and resolve.

Over communicating- following up on status and progress, email follow up, phone call follow up

Ability to work independently and manage one s time.

Phone etiquette.- positive attitude- service with a smile
Some computer experience- This resource will be working in 4 different systems. So they need to be able to be cross functional across systems.
Culture-Positive work environment. All 6 staff members sit together, this role is onsite. Will work closely with other team members. A lot of Team effort. Team will train new member. Resource needs to be able to take initiative. Communicating with customers and field supervisors and technicians internally on day to day.
Interview process-30 min phone screening with HM and move to a formal in person interview with panel.
Service lines/hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm MST Mon-Fri. Resource will need to be on time and be punctual and reliable when phone lines are turned on.
Prefer someone with customer service experience and someone with phone experience who can handle high call volume. Not looking for someone who has a call center mentality but, has a servant mentality.
