Job Title: Business Analyst 5

Location: Lansing, MI-Hybrid(2 days a week)

Type:-Contract

On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance of 1.5 hours max) will be considered. The hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept the role. The position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week.

5 years of experience gathering requirements from users:

• identifying impacted business processes
• assessing business needs
• identifying IT solution integration.
• GAP analysis
• SWOT analysis

5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:

• wireframes or screen mockups,
• context diagrams
• benefits realization
• business process models
• workflow diagrams
• traceability matrix

5 years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:

• Daily Scrum
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospective
• 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
• 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing test plans and use cases.
• Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
• Senior-level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
