.Net Application Support

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 2 days a week)

Duration: 9 months

• Please look for someone who has been with an application support team for large Banks or financial institutions, who worked in a 24x7 application support environment with monitoring health of .Net applications and working on call with tight deadlines.
• Analyze and figure out where to look for issues, strong presence of mind, ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Great communication, ability to navigate with multiple groups with great collaborative attitude.

1. .Net Application Production Support experience - can handle scenario based issues
2. Excellent, structured and assertive communication
3. .NET application and associated prod support tools
4. Experience with trading applications
5. Dynatrace

Other traits :

• Proactive, and someone who can take ownership to drive resolution
• Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success
