Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative - Domestic who will be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers.
- This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RA’s, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.
- Providing customer support via phones, new order entry, order processing, customer inquiries and expediting or fulfillment requests approved by department Manager and/or Director.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years of experience working with customer suppor
- Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system
- 1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
- Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Effective business language usage (spelling, punctuation, and grammar)
