Role : Finance Test Mgr - Project Manager II

• 12 Years of overall experience and must 5 experience in banking project like cards, loans, mortgages, Underwriting, wealth management etc
• 3 to 5 years of Scrum / PM experience and should be a certified Safe Agilist / Agile train engineer / PMP holder, but main preference is Agilist.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong business and financial aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, with strong understanding of interconnections between business priorities, organizational objectives and key results
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and techniques
• Experience leading Agile process and ceremonies Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development Strong ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority
• Strong consultative problem solving, issue resolution, process, analysis & design skills
