Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Level II Trauma Center.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards
- Monitor patient care plans and outcomes
- Assist in emergency medicine situations
- Conduct tube feeding and phlebotomy procedures
- Administer inhalation treatments as needed
- Support dialysis procedures when required
- Offer family planning guidance and support
- Collaborate with medical professionals in ophthalmology services
