Softsages Technology is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Pembroke, NC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Level II Trauma Center.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards
- Monitor patient care plans and outcomes
- Assist in emergency medicine situations
- Conduct tube feeding and phlebotomy procedures
- Administer inhalation treatments as needed
- Support dialysis procedures when required
- Offer family planning guidance and support
- Collaborate with medical professionals in ophthalmology services

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in emergency medicine practices
- Ability to perform tube feeding and phlebotomy tasks
- Competent in administering inhalation treatments
- Skilled in dialysis procedures
- Familiarity with family planning services
- Strong patient care capabilities
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center setting
- Excellent medical documentation skills
