Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level HR Support. This role will provide essential administrative assistance to our HR department, contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Prepare orientation materials and assist with new employee orientation sessions.

2. Compliance and Training:

  • Maintain compliance training.
  • Safety Tailgate meetings when needed.

3. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.

4. Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and changes for employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.

5. HR Communications:

  • Draft and distribute HR-related communications to employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR policies, procedures, and forms.

6. General Administrative Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for HR team members.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an office environment required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bilingual is a must

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
