Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Audit Request and Compliance Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX .
2x weekly onsite – preference is in MI
Required Skills :

• 2 years of relevant access provisioning experience
• 2 years of IT Customer Support Experience
• 1 year of experience with Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods and related regulatory obligations
• 1 year Experience with common provisioning systems (i.e. SailPoint, Okta)
• 1 year Experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 1 year Experience in an IT support or end-user support role
• Proven experience with RBAC, access provisioning
• Ability to communicate effectively with all technology and business audiences
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
