Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Proofreader for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in a Remote position .
Responsibilities :

• Proofreads, reviews and edits materials for accurate use of grammar, punctuation, syntax, spelling.
• Corrects any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors in original copy
• Requires 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager
• Checks for correct disclosure and compliance statements.
• Will review advertising and product promotional copy used in emails, display ads, website pages, and collateral.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as a proofreader
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience in advertising and creative settings is preferred
• Looking for proactive proofreader who engages with content
