Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior CyberArk Engineer for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Dallas, TX or Auburn Hills, MI. 2x a week onsite Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing and maintaining the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution within an organization.
Design, implement, and support the infrastructure and processes related to privileged account management and securing critical assets.
Solution Design : As a CyberArk engineer, you are involved in the design and architecture of the CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution based on the organization's requirements. This includes defining account structures, access policies, and integrations with other systems.
Implementation and Configuration : You are responsible for installing, configuring, and customizing the CyberArk Privilege Cloud components such as the Central Policy Manager (CPM), Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Secrets Management (Conjur Cloud & Secrets Hub). This ensures the proper functioning of privileged access management within the organization.
Integration and Automation : CyberArk engineers work on integrating the CyberArk solution with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory or SIEM tools, to streamline identity and access management processes and maintain security controls. They also automate tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human errors.
Administration and Maintenance : Daily administration tasks include managing user accounts, access controls, and privileged credentials within the CyberArk solution. Engineers also monitor system health, perform upgrades, and maintain overall system performance to ensure smooth operations.
Security and Compliance : CyberArk engineers play a vital role in maintaining security and compliance standards related to privileged access management. This includes enforcing least privilege principles, monitoring and auditing privileged sessions, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Support : When issues arise, CyberArk engineers troubleshoot and resolve them to minimize downtime and minimize the risk of unauthorized access. They work closely with other IT teams and provide support to end-users to ensure the effective functioning of the CyberArk solution.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills are important for working collaboratively with business users, understanding requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. It is also helpful in providing training and support to end-users.
Required Skills :
5-6 yrs experience as a software engineer
3-4 yrs experience CyberArk
3-4 yrs experience with cloud migration/integration
