Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Senior PMO Program Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Data Services clients in Research Triangle Park, NC .

Responsibilities :

• Report to the Sr. Director, Cloud Sales Operations within our worldwide GTM Operations team. Primary responsibilities will be working with functional stakeholders across the company to program manage firm's Go Big program for our Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Set up and run the PMO. Build and manage a timeline for the program. Track progress, flag roadblocks, and escalate issues. Communicate status regularly to relevant leadership and stakeholders.
• Pull together relevant stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the firm, including Product, GTM, IT, Business Operations, Sales Enablement and perhaps others.
• Define Program scope and success metrics with the stakeholders.
• Track stakeholder milestones to ensure they are progressing. Examples include:
• Resourcing/selecting relevant Marketplace infrastructure/tools
• Defining firm's product enhancements necessary for the product to be Marketplace-ready
• Developing the sales process and sales enablement
• Develop and implement change management plan; develop and execute stakeholder-specific training.

Required Skills:

• Detail oriented, multi-faceted, creative problem solver.
• Comfortable working with teams who are remote (via phone, Zoom, email, IM, etc.).
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
• Either PMO certification or five years of experience equivalent
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities and deadlines for multiple workstreams
• Willing to learn and open to evolving the program as business conditions change
