Software People is Hiring a Healthcare Application support Near Augusta, ME

REMOTE Location: RemoteDuration: 12 monthsThis position will be a member of an application support team and will become a technical subject matter expert for the state psychiatric hospitals' applications and systems.
This position will provide application operational end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support. This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital's electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives/projects.
There will be a rotating on call schedule, one weekend every 3 months.

Forms development
Report writing
Work with cross functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations, and workflows.
read/analyze/modify technical documentation
work with vendor(s) to facilitate implementation
perform system testing
