- The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional project team, driving meaningful change, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact digital services to the State of Connecticut.
- The Project Manager will develop and manage project plans, establish effective project governance, manage vendors, facilitate meetings and agile ceremonies, provide regular status reports, identify and manage risks, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with web management content systems such as SiteCore
- Exposure to various technology platforms and services, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, Power Platform, ForgeRock, and Google Analytics
- Extensive experience in varying project management methodologies, including the ability to manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, or Kanban as appropriate
- Expert in PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tools such as Monday.com
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and diagramming tools such as Miro or Visio
- Proficiency in software development tools such as JIRA and Confluence
