Onsite Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Data Science
• Generative AI
• Python and AWS Sagemaker

Job Description:

Essential functions include:

• Devise AI/ML solutions for document analysis to support learning innovation platform.
• Devise generative AI methods to automate content generation for learnings and training.
• Work in a cross functional collaborative environment to develop understanding of needs, deliver innovative solutions, and communicate findings.
• Apply industry-standard practices for coding and data management.

Experience, Competencies & Skills:

• BS degree with 7 years' experience or MS with 3 years' experience in data science.
• Experience with data mining, text parsing and working with text data.
• Proficiency in working with generative AI including large language models, prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in ML techniques including classification, clustering, regression, and graph theory.
• Experience working in python, AWS Sage maker, AWS Bedrock,
• Must be able to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: R&D experience in Pharma, biotech, Life Sciences, med device or similar.
• Preferred: experience using large language model to do documentation and summarizing.
