Job Title: Project Manager (ERP, Applications Development and Infrastructure)

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is actively seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team. As a key contributor, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing Infrastructure, ERP, and Application Development initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project delivery. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining both remote and onsite work.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage IT projects, specifically focusing on Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP initiatives.
· Report directly to the Senior Project Manager or PMO Leadership, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology teams, senior management, stakeholders, and business users.
· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
· Drive successful project outcomes by effectively planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
· Foster effective communication channels, both internally and externally, to guarantee clarity and alignment on project goals.
· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
· Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

· IT Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing projects across Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP. Possession of relevant PM certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
· Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical teams, senior management, stakeholders, and business users.
· Proven IT Project Management Background: A track record of successful IT project management, specifically in the areas of Infrastructure, Application Development, and ERP.
