Job Title: Sr. Manager, Oracle Supply Chain

Onsite Requirements:

• Must have Management experience - someone who has managed a team, but who can roll up their sleeves when needed.
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP supply chain configuration, Kits to FG, Quality, Planning, and deployment. Preferred to have Cloud ERP and WMS experience required.
• Experience in full life cycle implementations - the company is currently implementing Oracle Cloud and go-live is scheduled for October 2024.
• Degree in Computer/Information Science required.

Job Description:

• Senior Manager, Oracle Supply Chain is a key member of the client Business Applications team.
• Lead Oracle center of excellence to provide solutions that align with business strategy and objectives, promote changes to streamline processes, reduce cost, and drive lean supply chain processes.
• This is a hands-on role for a global implementation of Cloud and maintain Oracle E-Business applications suite.

Essential Functions:

• Manage Oracle ERP daily services for production support, enhancement, and projects for all client supply chain operations.
• Lead Center of Excellence to help business delineate supply chain lean initiatives.
• Manage, Design, configure, and implement Application projects that align with Operations business objectives.
• Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across all business segments and locations Oracle ERP involved.
• Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document
• Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality delivery.
• Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes.
• Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures and training materials for customizations, upgrades, and patches.
• People Development: Provide expertise for projects and Oracle implementation support across client company standards; interface with all major business groups to implement order flows, processing rules and business models.
• Make process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.
• Provide Cross Functional and Cross Location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects.
• Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of both the Oracle Cloud and EBS suite applications.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field personnel on all Oracle EBS modules.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

• Business Degree in Computer/Information Science required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP supply chain configuration, Kits to FG, Quality, Planning, and deployment. Preferred to have Cloud ERP and WMS experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes.
• Minimum 2 full life-cycle global Oracle 11i/R12 implementations. Cloud preferred.
• Solid experience and knowledge with lean supply chain, order to cash, and procure to pay business processes.
• Proven ability to manage internal and outsourced resources to drive action and achieve results.
• Proficient with project management tools.
• Familiar with SDLC process, and Six-sigma principles
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business needs including development of requirements, functional specifications, and design specifications.
• Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple activities and projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and training skills
• Ability to create Oracle adhoc database queries to provide information when standard reports are not available.
