• Design and execute tests to validate the functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot and debug circuit board prototypes to identify issues and suggest improvements
• Program and calibrate microcontrollers and other programmable components
• Utilize power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment to monitor circuit behavior
• Support process improvement for requirements verification, equipment validation and test practices.
• Collaborate with program management, system and subsystem engineers, mission assurance, technicians, and other program personnel.
• Effectively train and mentor junior test engineers and test technicians.
• Participate in test equipment design including test cables, custom circuits, software, and test firmware

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 7 years of experience in an electrical engineering
• Proficient in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies
• Strong practical experience with soldering and reworking circuit boards
• Experience with microcontroller programming and familiarity with code (e.g., Arduino, Python)
• Hands on experience with the integration & testing of complex electronic systems.
• Ability to record and process test failures and participate on troubleshooting to identify the root cause of the failure.
