Job Description :

• We are seeking a Senior Clinical Application Analyst with Epic certification in Prelude AND / OR Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting Prelude and RTE in an IT hospital setting, with a strong background in production support, enhancement build, and project-based work.
• This role requires someone who can work independently with little to no oversight, and who excels in translating workflows into optimized designs, daily operations, and end-user support / training.

Qualifications :

• Epic Certified in Prelude AND / OR RTE
• Production support and enhancement build experience
• Project-based experience
• Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively with operational stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-stress environment
