Job Title : Associate System AdministratorJob Location : Orlando FL 32801Onsite Requirements : VMwareLinuxwindows (AD / Exchange)Job Description : The Associate Systems Administrator performs basic data center and server-side application administrative tasks.
This may include application and hardware firmware and patch management, monitoring of data backup operations, responding to level-1 (basic) system monitoring sensors, technical documentation writing, system decommission process for end-of-life assets.
This position is located at our East Orlando Support Center and is fully on-site.What will I be doing in this role?Troubleshoot and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Perform basic Microsoft Active Directory tasks including user and group move / add / changes, adding machines to a domain, manage user rights, and Active Directory reporting.
Administer branch UPS fleet to ensure all branch UPS units are in good working order.Administer Patch Management ProgramAdminister Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware ProgramComplete all assigned tickets within defined SLA window.
Assist with ATM software updates and all communication related to these activities.Administer branch server builds, imaging, and deployment, including all aspects of network, software, management, and hardware configuration.
Administer data backup and restore operations.Perform daily system monitoring with PRTG.Create system documentation for existing and new systems and processes when necessary.
