Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Outdoor Power Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various types of 2 and 4 cycle outdoor power equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with outdoor power equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service on equipment from multiple brands.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and resources to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record required.
• Proven experience in service repair of small engines.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical degree preferred.
• Basic tools for outdoor power equipment repairs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to diagnose both electrical and mechanical issues.
