Office Assistant / Inside Sales Representative for First Class Buckhead Catering Firm – Hiring Immediately

Duties Include:

Front office administrative and customer service support including taking orders from existing menu with a professional demeanor, filing, computer work, managing supplies, running errands and other office duties. Interact with clients and assist in catering event details, aiding in food and beverage choices, rental needs, room set up, décor needs and other event details to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Superb attention to detail, information gathering and planning skills
• Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal
• Ability to confidently answer calls and interact with clients taking catering orders, print food cards and lables
• Assist with daily office tasks including handling mail, organizing files, maintaining supplies, etc.
• Ability to create personalized client proposals with curated menu choices specific for each client’s needs, and assist with rental needs, room set up, décor, and other event details
• Ensure billing is expedited and completed in a timely manner
• Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs
• 35 hours a week

Hourly Rate $16-20 per hour based upon ability and experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
