Job Overview

Solu is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer(Remote for AZ) to join our client’s dynamic team. This role requires expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), particularly ANSI X.12 standards in the healthcare domain. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in C#/.NET, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and design software solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Develop software architecture and code using the specified technologies.
• Integrate software components to ensure system interoperability.
• Certify software solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
• Define and implement features according to project requirements.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot software issues as needed.
• Verify and validate software functionality to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience performing software architecture, requirements, design, and coding in healthcare products.
• 5 years of experience working with ANSI X.12 EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) in a the healthcare domain.
• 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and TFS. A technical screening is required for this role.
• Well-versed in analytics.
• Understanding of various software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
• Experience in payer space preferred; open to provider experience too.

Tech Stack:

• ANSI X.12 EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), particularly with respect to EDI 834s. EDI 270/271, 276/277 are a must along with working with Membership enrollments and demographic information.
• C#/.NET
• RDP Crystal
• SQL
• TFS – Responsible for updating TFS tickets.
• Confluence – Will document in Confluence.
• Telerik (preferred).
