We are seeking a friendly and personable IT Support Specialist I who will provide technical support to office and field staff for hardware, software, and application issues. This individual will troubleshoot complex problems, assist users with device setup, training and management.

What you'll be doing:

• Answer phone calls for IT support
• Support and maintain company IT systems, desktops, laptops, tablets, and additional company peripherals
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly support to end-users remotely and in-person
• Maintain physical inventory of IT equipment through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
• Escalate tickets to Level 2 specialists for resolution whenever necessary
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and equipment setup
• Schedule and plan shipments and logistics to ensure that equipment is shipped and received in a timely manner
• Assists with internal IT department projects

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in a Help Desk or similar IT support role 
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Networking, MS Office 365, G Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari
• Possession of a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and
  applicable car insurance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary $20.00 - $22.00 an hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
