Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting of school-based clinical candidates including: Speech Language Pathologists, School-Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants
- Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
- Attracts qualified applicants by writing and placing effective job ads in various media and develops and coordinates internal job posting program
- Cultivate relationships/maintain current relationships to assist with the placement of clinicians within the school-based services line
- Working with Marketing and Sales team to maintain recruiting presence
- Meeting with other departments and leadership to continuously improve the recruitment process

- Demonstrated success as in-house recruiter, staffing consultant or similar position
- Experience with sourcing low supply, hard-to-find candidates.
