Solar Consultants is Hiring a Recruitment Manager Near Cherry Hill, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

Primary Duites:

  • Be adaptable to changing business needs and changes in market conditions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve positive outcomes and ensure process accuracy.
  • Proactively source candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Manage all steps in the formal recruitment process, including, but not limited to posting jobs on job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, attending job fairs and sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruitment staff and management to forecast current and future workforce needs.
  • Supervise, motivate, train, develop, and provide leadership to talent acquisition/recruitment staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • 1 year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
