IN PERSON POSITION
25-40 hours a week - Flexible schedule - Rotative weekends
$13 an hour plus commission (hourly is negotiable after 30 days)

Paid weekly - Paid training
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.

• Memorize call center pitch and rebuttals
• Learn knowledge of solar to overcome customer objections
• Schedule customer appointments-demonstrations

Responsibilities:

- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule future appointments

Qualifications:
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections to secure appointments
- Ability to memorize a script and rebuttals
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients
- Proficient in using software applications, including CRM systems
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results

Please note that this is NOT a remote position. The appointment setter will be expected to work from our office location.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
