Solar On Earth is a leader in customer acquisition for the Community Solar industry and takes pride in their unique Customer Service team which offers the personal connection to the customers.
Are you?
What you'll be doing:You will be working with both residential and commercial customers, ensuring their understanding of the Community Solar Program and helping them understand their utility bills.
Schedule:This is a full-time position that will require travel daily throughout the state of Illinois for in person visits with clients.Requirements:

- Great People Skills – positive outlook
- Driver’s License in good standing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new skills and software easily.

- Pay: From $45K to 55K per year
- Experience level: 2 years
- Shift: Day shift & Rotating shift
- Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Experience: Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
- Work Location: On the road
