SolEnergy, a leading solar installation company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Solar Service Coordinator to join our team. Based in Wisconsin, SolEnergy services territories throughout the state including Appleton & Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Madison. As a company, we are committed to providing high-quality solar installation services to our clients while promoting sustainability and renewable energy.
Solar Production Coordinator Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field technician staff, addressing issues related to new and legacy clients
- Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive field schedules for all solar territories, ensuring timely project completion.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues pertaining to client's current solar equipment
- Desire to learn the mechanics of solar and build on existing skills
- Minimal field work on location as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth functioning of solar field operations
Other Requirements & Standards:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with solar project management processes and methodologies
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Self motivated
- Ability to generate solutions to field installation problems
- Upholding policies in company handbook
- Reliable source of transportation to and from work

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
