We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team and provide essential behavioral support across the district.

Position Overview:
The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. This role involves supporting a range of students from K-12th grade across multiple school buildings, working alongside another BCBAand 7 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior support to students across various grade levels.
• Develop and create Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans in classroom settings.
• Offer classroom-based support to enhance the learning environment and address behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with IEP Online and similar software/systems is advantageous.
• Strong skills in behavior analysis, intervention planning, and classroom support.
