Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Fairfield, CA, for the upcoming 2024 / 2025 school year.

Responsibilities :

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Providing one-on-one behavior support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Collecting data on student progress and behavior.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Previous experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
