We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Supervisor to join our team full-time on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent hire. This position provides immediate starting dates. Contact Jared.Veasey@soliant. .
Duration: 13 weeks - Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage pharmacy staff
• Ensure pliance with all regulatory requirements
• Oversee medication dispensing and patient safety
• Maintain accurate records for controlled substances
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care
• Utilize pharmacy systems including Cerner, Pyxis, DoseEdge, and Mckesson

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Pharmacist Licensure (required at time of submission)
• Ability to travel within 1 hour of the hospital location or relocate to the area for the contract term
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, midnight) as needed
• Proficiency in pharmacy systems: Cerner, Pyxis, DoseEdge, Mckesson
• Knowledge of controlled substance ordering, receiving, and maintaining
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Recent references (within the past year) verifying professional skills and work ethic
• Ability to pass a clear background check
