Job Details:

• On Site preferred
• Full time preferred
• School setting

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• IEP experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients functional abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients occupational therapy needs
• Provide direct therapy services to clients to improve motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, and other areas of occupation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support clients educational and developmental goals
• Monitor clients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by clients
