In this role, you will provide essential support to students and teachers, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist teachers in the classroom by providing instructional support and managing classroom activities.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons and help them achieve their academic goals.
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials as necessary.
• Monitor and assist students during non-instructional periods, including lunch, recess, and transitions between classes.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement behavior management strategies.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
