Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with medical and instructional needs within our educational programs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure each student receives the necessary support to succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with medical and instructional needs.
• Assist in implementing educational programs as assigned.
• Work with small groups of students and provide one-on-one support as necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Ability to municate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
