Job Summary : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to assist classroom teachers in providing high-quality education and support to students.

The successful candidate will help create a positive learning environment, offer individual or small group assistance, and support students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with lesson implementation and classroom management.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization.
• Supervise students during non-classroom times.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
